TURNIRSKI PRAVILNIK

 1. Četrnaesti  međunarodni velemajstorski turnir «Salona 2006» održat će se od 24. studenoga do 2. prosinca 2006. godine u Domu Zvonimir u Solinu .
 2. Turnir je pozivnog karaktera s 10 sudionika. Prosječni rejting turnira je 2550. Turnir je prijavljen FIDE.

 4. Turnir se igra Bergerovim sustavom. Partije se igraju Pravilima šaha FIDE, a tempo igre je 1 sat i 30 minuta  za 40 poteza + dodatak 15 minuta + 30 sekundi dodatka za svaki potez .Igrači su dužni zapisivati poteze cijelu partiju.

 6. U slučaju da dva ili više  sudionika osvoje jednak broj poena pobjednikom će se proglasiti      igrač s boljim kriterijima i to redom:
a.)    bolji uspjeh prema pobjednicima
b.)    veći Sonnerborn-Bergerov koeficijent
c.)    veći broj pobjeda
d.)    bolji uspjeh u međusobnim susretima;
e.)    ždrijeb      

 7. Nagrade su sljedeće:
   1.nagrada 1.000 EUR
   2.nagrada    750 EUR
   3.nagrada    500 EUR
   4. nagrada   350 EUR
   5. nagrada   250 EUR

 U slučaju diobe mjesta nagrade se ne dijele, već se bolje plasirani igrač određuje prema kriterijima iz članka 6. 

 8. U slučaju spora među igračima sudac turnira donosi odluku. Glavni sudac turnira je Vladimir Cvetnić, međunarodni sudac iz Splita. Njegov zamjenik je Berislav Ševelj međunarodni sudac iz Splita. Na odluku suca igrač ima pravo žalbe turnirskom odboru u roku od 30 minuta po nastalom sporu. Odluka turnirskog odbora je konačna. Turnirski odbor  sastoji se od tri člana i dva zamjenika.

Zamjenici: Emir DIZDAREVIC,  Oleg ROMANISHIN.

 9. Ovaj Pravilnik propisao je Organizacijski odbor turnira, a igrači ga prihvaćaju pristupanjem izvlačenju turnirskih brojeva.

THE 14 th INTERNATIONAL GRANDMASTER TOURNAMENT SALONA 2006

TOURNAMENT RULES 

1. The 14th international grandmaster tournament «Salona 2006» will take place on 24 november to 02 December 2006. at the Dom Zvonimir, Solin.
2. There will be participants on invitation. There average rating of  tournament is 2550. The tournament is registered at FIDE.

 4. The tournament will be played complying with round - robin system. 90 minutes for 40 moves +15 minutes + 30 seconds bonific.from the game beginning.

5.The tournament time-table will be:

6. In case two or more players win equal score the following criteria will be applied for a more successful player:
a)  better score compared to other winners
b)  higher Sonneborn-Berger coefficient;
c)   more wins;
d) better score in mutual games;
e)  winner drawing.

7.  There are five awards:
1.000 EUR for the first, 750 E0R for the second, 500 EUR for the third, 350 EUR for the fourth ,250 EUR for the fifth player.
In case of equal score the awards are not to be shared. See criteria from article 6.

8. In case of dispute the tournament arbiter will make a decision. The chief arbiter is Mr. Vladimir Cvetnić, international arbiter from Split, deputi arbiter Berislav Ševelj international arbiter from Split. A player can appeal to the tournament committee against the arbiter's decision within 30 minutes. The tournament committee decision is final.
The tournament committe consists of 3 members and 2 deputies.

9. These tournament rules have been prescribed by the tournament board. The players agree to it with the drawing of lots.
